The June Challenge Stories

The June Challenge stories, with the theme of "Bunny Hutch" have now been posted. The theme was to write a story from the prompts which were posted by various members of the community last month, as well as some left from the previous "bunny hutch" challenge.

The June Bunny Hutch Challenge

Foul--or Fair--Enough - by Larner As he finds himself in his own quarters within Elrond's house, Aragorn thinks upon the question of just how foul or fair he appears to others.
Carved in the Mind, by Himring In Nargothrond, Turin tells Finduilas, daughter of Orodreth, how, when he was a boy in Dor-lomin, he made friends with Sador, a crippled woodworker.
A Day in the Life by Aliensouldream The Hobbits deal with an unexpected side of fame.
Gifts by Erulisse (one L) Éowyn accompanies the body of Théoden King to Rohan for burial. While in Meduseld she retrieves something that she had brought from the Eastfold after her parents died and remembers the past, the present and the hopes she holds for her future.
My Lady Chose Me by Pearl Took The POV of the mallorn Sam plants, as it grows and finds itself in the Shire with hobbits, instead of in Lothlorien with the Lady.
Conversation in the Sun by Dreamflower Faramir tells Frodo a story of a day in his childhood that he spent with Gandalf.

I hope you will check out the stories, and let the authors know how you liked them!

And authors, remember that late entries are always welcome!

I'm still planning on writing and submitting my assigned stories for the June challenge! (As well as May's story which also is late.) May and June were impossible months for me, I'm hoping for better writing opportunities in July!
